Precast concrete walls are constructed by casting concrete with steel reinforcement in a form which is then cured in a controlled environment factory, transported to the construction site and then lifted into place. Various colors, textures and exposed aggregate finishes can be done on the face of the panels. Exterior panels have rigid polystyrene insulation in between two concrete panels. Interior panels are solid concrete which is great for load bearing and fire rated walls.

Insulated Concrete Forms are very energy efficient. They are permanent forms of expanded polystyrene that are reinforced with concrete poured into them
